Everyone is created equal. Higher rankings on the top scores page does not entitle anyone to special privileges nor does s/he achieve any sort of 'nobility'. We are all friends here, all on the same team. Let us not waste our energies battling ourselves, instead let's work with each other towards common goals. 2. User personal information (such as IP, ISP, or email address) will not be distributed to any party or individual. Private messages will remain private, and upon deletion, will remain deleted. 3. Moderators shall only moderate the website to ensure that it stays functional: ensuring there are no blank articles, links work, people don't spam, etc. Moderators shall not abuse their privileges, and reports of such cases will be investigated. Users have the right to apply for a moderator position. 4. This is your site too. You have a say in how it operates, what should be on it, policies, missions, articles, etc. If you have a suggestion, a criticism, or a cool idea you think we should implement, then tell Any staff or leave a message in Idea broad. 5. Moderators are to abstain from any restricting with the free flow of ideas. Articles/Topics/Posts shall not be censored, nor shall users be kicked, nor shall messages be edited except in the case of protecting me from legal action. Moderators are not to use privileges to settle personal vendettas or grudges, moderators must act in a diplomatic(not disciplinary) manner. Everyone is free to become an moderator (if Chosen). In general, users have free reign over the site, how it is run, what content goes on it, etc. All we are concerned about is ensuring that the site remains functional and available to all people wishing to learn and grow from this experience. We just want to see that it operates smoothly as possible.
